To maximize revenue & sales opportunities in the specifc market either corporate, GCC, leisure or government in areas of individual/group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. Set the strategy together with the Sales Manager & the Executive Producer Sales.
Main Responsibilities
2. To manage all sales activities in the area of responsibility to maximize revenue for the hotel.
3. To assist clients.
4. To manage a number of Key Accounts to achieve leisure targets.
5. To solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals. This will consist of telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication and file maintenance.
6. To maintain knowledge of market, competition and customers.
7. follow-up of outstanding quotations and maximize conversions
8. To attend trade fairs & road shows to create awareness of the brand and the hotel.
9. To identify market trends and make recommendations to increase market share.
10. To participate in client events, sales blitzes, mailings and other creative activities to establish and maintain a good client relationship.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND PROFILE
1. 2 to 3 years in sales achieving revenue targets
2. Experience in Dubai required
3. Excellent presentation
4. Ability to convert business into revenue
